Pet Photography

• The customer and photographer discuss the shooting details and agree on the shooting date, time and location;
• After the customer confirms the service content, he must deposit half of the deposit into the designated bank account within three working days and email a receipt to confirm the reservation.
• On the day of the shooting, the customer must pay the remaining balance and the deposit transfer receipt after the shooting is completed;
• The above services do not include costumes, props and makeup.
• If the shooting requires travelling to and from Macau, China or overseas, corresponding service fees will be charged. Please contact us for details.
• The shooting start time is the arrival time of the photographer, who will arrive at the venue on time. If the photographer needs to arrive at the venue early for preparation, briefing, discussion or testing, the customer needs to make an appointment for an early start time to make the shooting time more budget-friendly.
• The shooting location can be changed at any time during service hours. If the location changes midway, the customer is responsible for providing or paying for transportation and should inform the photographer as soon as possible.
• Selected photos from some photographers will be uploaded to the photography area
• We strive to make the above service prices accurate, but they may change on special days or due to manpower resource constraints. The final service price should be based on the time when the company invoices.

• If the customer cancels the reservation unilaterally, or the customer does not show up at the designated shooting time, the deposit paid will not be refunded for any reason;
• Outdoor photography is affected by the weather. If photography service cannot be carried out due to weather conditions, the appointment on the same day will be rescheduled;

Extra time fee (per photographer) :

• Appointment extra time: $200/hour
• On-site extra time: $300/hour

Early morning/late night surcharge:

• If the check-in time is before 8:30 a.m., a morning fee of $200 per photographer is required;
• if the check-in time is before 7:30 a.m., a morning fee of $400 per photographer is required;
• if the check-in time is Before 6:30 in the morning, an additional $600 breakfast fee per photographer is required; and so on;
• if the dismissal time is after 23:30 in the evening, an additional $200 night fee per photographer is required;
• if the dismissal time is after 00:30 in the morning, There is an additional $400 nightly fee per photographer; and so on.

Urgent order

• The surcharge for same-day door-to-door service is $300 per staff member

Shorten production time (speed up shipment):

• Same-day shipment: add 40% of the unit price
• 1 working day: add 30% of the unit price
• 3 working days: add 20% of the unit price
• 5 working days: add 10% of the unit price

Each staff +$200

• Outlying islands (Cheung Chau, Lamma Island, Ping Chau)
• Other areas on Lantau Island (locations accessible by public transportation, otherwise additional round-trip taxi fare will be charged)
• Other areas in the New Territories (locations accessible by public transportation, otherwise additional round-trip taxi fare will be charged)
• Luo Wu/Lok Ma Chau (requires round trip to Mainland)
